 The work of Ette Dove - this painting is not much bigger than the photograph.  Colin got it for me this past Christmas - painted on silk by my friend Ette in England.  Ette does miniatures on silk with an Indian style to them - gorgeous work.  I watched this in progress through photos she shared with us.  The finished work is wonderful - so delicate and incredibly detailed.  Ette has very few paintings online but I hope to remedy that in the future and profile more of her work here.
